Our process is simple and honest: we raise our cattle right here on local pastures and sell directly to you, eliminating the guesswork and middlemen. Each animal is transported just a few miles from our ranch to a nearby, trusted processor, where skilled butchers dry-age the beef for at least 14 days—intensifying both flavor and tenderness.

At Twisted Pine Beef, we do things differently. Instead of buying anonymous cuts from store shelves, our customers reserve a calf that we raise specifically for them—humanely, on open pastures, and with no shortcuts. It’s beef with a story… and you're part of it.

1: Reserve Your Calf

  • Choose a calf or beef share from our available inventory.
  • Place a non-refundable deposit to secure your reservation.
  • This deposit represents your commitment to supporting ethical, sustainable farming practices.

You’re not just buying beef—you’re investing in a better food system.

 Step 2: We Raise Your Calf

  • Your calf is raised on our pasture using no antibiotics or hormones, with full access to sunshine, clean water, and healthy forage.
  • We’ll send regular updates with photos and videos.
  • Want more visibility? You can even check in via our live streams from our cameras around our pasture!

This is full transparency from pasture to plate.

Step 3: Harvest Notification

  • About 30–60 days before harvest, you’ll get a heads-up to confirm packaging options.
  • We’ll issue your final invoice based on the processed weight.

This allows us to tailor your order to your preferences.

 Step 4: Final Payment & Delivery

  • Final payment is due before harvest. If payment isn’t received, your reservation may be canceled and your deposit forfeited.
  • Delivered for a small fee - the DFW and Houston area
  • Ready for pickup
