18 Months Certified Angus Steer
Our 100% grass-fed Angus beef is a choice that offers the perfect balance of flavor, tenderness, and nutritional value.
Unlike grain-fed beef, our cattle are raised exclusively on pasture, resulting in meat that is naturally leaner and richer in omega-3 fatty acids. While this means less marbling than traditional grain-fed cuts, it also creates a cleaner, more robust flavor that many health-conscious customers prefer.
At 18 months, our steers have had enough time to develop flavorful, tender meat without becoming overly fatty or tough. You may notice a slightly grassier flavor—a hallmark of true pasture-raised beef that reflects the quality of the land and care behind every bite.

18 Months F1 Hereford Steer
Hereford steers naturally deliver a well-balanced combination of lean meat and rich flavor. While they may not develop as much marbling as some other breeds, they are widely recognized for producing tender, flavorful, and lean beef that appeals to health-conscious consumers.
Herefords are naturally leaner. The F1 cross preserves the lean profile of Hereford while enhancing it with a moderate level of marbling from Angus, resulting in beef that is flavorful yet healthier and well-suited for those who prefer a leaner option without sacrificing taste.
